As for P90X I did some Crazy stuff today. Not that it was much out of the normal P90X Workout Schedule but that I did this all back to back to back! I got myself one day behind again as I did in week 2, I took my rest day at the beginning of the week instead of the end. But needless to say, I’m not just sitting on my butt. I am still on a mission to answer – Does P90X Work?
Today I did P90X Shoulders and Arms followed by Ab Ripper X followed by P90X+ Ab Core Plus. What a workout! I effectively targeted my core, that’s for sure! Now I said in my video I was going to attempt Yoga X. As of the time I am writing this it’s nearly midnight and it’s just not going to happen.
So my P90X Workout Schedule for tomorrow looks like this:

Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X PM
